Poly Classes is an institution that has been around for 40 years now. Poly Classes was established to provide quality education to its students. It was one of the coaching classes for engineering students.
Poly Classes were established on 26th August 1981 in Pune by Mr. Sanjay Babulal Naik. He had teaching experience of 38 years. When he was a student of Diploma Engineering at GPP (Government Polytechnic,
Pune) at the same time, he started his coaching class with a handful of his fiends and classmates as his students.
In the next three years, his classes grew phenomenally by the time he completed his Diploma in Metallurgy. He had many job opportunities but he chose to continue with his coaching classes as he was passionate about teaching. He started his classes in Sadashiv Peth (Pune) and operated them from
Sadashiv Peth for 35 years.
He started a few branches in the various suburbs but from 1993-94 onwards he focused only on his classes in Sadashiv Peth. He changed his format of teaching and focused on small groups of 8 to 10 students so that he could personally tutor them and get good results.
He used to teach subjects like M1, M2, M3, SOM, TOM, Graphics Drawing, and many more. He was a well-versed teacher in subjects of Engineering like M1, M2 & M3.
Now Poly Classes is managed by his younger daughter Ms. Prachi Sanjay Naik.
She is also passionate about teaching just like her father. She started teaching when she was a student of Degree 3rd year engineering. She has teaching experience of 4 years. She teaches practical as well as theory subjects. She has completed her Diploma in Computer Engineering and Degree (BE) in Information Technology.
